I want to host a Web, are there any other sites that are free other than freewebs? It has to be similar to freewebs

after downloading the program i was confused
if their is any help in to a download link maybe i have the wrong program or how to use it or a different program that will do it i,ll be happy
for now my plan is to download the files from my server - using filezilla and then uploading them to my new server
Note : both servers are under yahoo webhosting - i am just closing one and starting a new one under a diffrent name and because the monthly rates are lower

I plan on setting up my own web server to host a few websites. However, I will have enough space to rent out some I have to other people.
I don’t know how to go about this though. Could anyone point me to a website, or a column, or a book which may help me out?

I’m a computer engineer so spare the detailed code (registrations and logins) but please point me in the correct direction. I want to create a web server (with very very large disk space of course) and serve others, similar to like 1and1.com hosting or yahoo.com hosting or godaddy.com.
How can I do this?
i have 3 systems (all win xp) they all could acess the router (connected to a dedicated line), but cannot ping each other, one could see the other two in my network places but yet could not ping them, only one has the printer, others could not connect to the printer in add printer wizard ( the host printer was shared and permission was given to all to access it) at the moment all the 3 systems are not seen each other. what is wrong?
i can crete game, while using a dedicated server, but only i can see the games in the “join game” lists, wtf, can anyone help me crete a server to play with my friends on
i think i have too many skills which prevents me from being dedicated!
1- html web desiging & hosting, i use to barter this service!
2- custom tshirts, i own the equipment!
3 - the good old daycare, i have ample space in my home in a matter of weeks and placing and ad! high demand in my area.
4-party catering or just cooking- i love to cook for parties and large gatherings. i been trying to convince my friend to join me in this venture. cooking for busy single folks and moms ++
5-heavyduty cleaning/debris removal - i hate the usual house chores but i LOVE to make a diference by cleaning dirty areas! i mean basements, artics, yard. i love before and afters!
6-interior remodeling & space planning ehh back to my roots lol i also have a degree in architure! hehee
7-childrens book illustration - i currently completting a project of 2 series 24 books total… almost done!
IM JUST TIRED OF THE CORPORATE WORLD i feel im too gifted to be wasting my time making $ for others
If I have a dedicated server with a hosting company…can i then legally sell that space on to individual companies. In effect i would be using my web space to host a number of sites. is there any reason why I cant do something like this
I have a shared hosting account and I would like to see what other sites are on that server. I know there is a website like that, I’ve seen it before on Digg, but I cant find it. If anyone knows of that site I’m talking about, that would be great!!!!
