Such as downloading a file from a server A such as Rapidshare or Megaupload through server B which would stream the file or create a temporary file to host on the server?

I need a server host which has Windows Apache server enviroment that support PHP and MySQL, and it will be good if Perl can be used. I need a huge disk space like 200 GB. I dont need those rubhish site builder.

I live in Vietnam. I plan to open a website. It’s said that hosting service from USA server supplier is more cheaper than hosting fee in VN. Can you share with me the cost of hosting in USA and other countries to help me explore the good hosting supplier? If I use the hosting from USA supplier, how can I pay for them? My Server is an Exchange 2003 Enterprise with SP2. And it is closed to open relay. This server does not generate spam. And it pass well any test from dnsstuff. Can anyone tell me wy Yahoo send all email into bulk folder and how can I fix this?
I am trying to set up my at&t email account on my mac and i cant find the incoming or outgoing mail server name for pop or IMAP. Does anyone know what these are? or where to find them? i cant find them on the site or the help center
